It has long been considered training as a powerful tool for development of employee skills, and at the same a great way to improve organizational performance. Several theoretical and empirical studies have highlighted the existence of a positive relationship and a strong link between training and organizational performance of the company. In Morocco, the studies on the impact of training on performance are rare hence the importance of this research. Our study is a contribution to the study of the relationship between training and organizational performance in the context of offshoring firms in Morocco. After a literature review, a conceptual framework is adopted to analyze the impact of training practices on organizational performance of companies in the sector.
