On the bibliography of Russian revolutionaries in the late XIXth century and in the early XXth century
Abstract
The article considers history of studying of biographies of Russian revolutionaries of the late XlXth century and the early XXth century in the USSR and up-to-date Russia. The main characteristics of the approach of historians to the problem are retraced, the influence of political factors and mass consciousness on the process of studying of revolutionaries’ biographies. Principal bibliographical reference books and published documents containing appropriate biographical information are cited.
