PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN TATA RUANG KANTOR TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of archival management and competence on the quality of archival services in the Department of Education and Culture of Demak Regency. The population in this study was all employees in DinsosP2PA Demak which were 76 employees with saturation sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires, observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis using multiple linier regression analysis method, classical test assumption analysis, descriptive percentage analysis, and hypothesis test analysis with SPSS For Windows versi 21.0 program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = -3,880 + 0,434 X1 + 0,292 X2 + 0,219 X3. The significance test of regression equation with F test, obtained Fcount = 29,520 with significance 0,000 and less than 0,05. The influence of simultaneous or joint from the leadership style, organizational culture, and office layout towards the employee performance is equal to 53,3%.
