Participatory activities aimed at promoting responsible sex education in college students’ aim to teaching careers enhanced by the use of participatory techniques in subjects changes in behaviour from the translation of knowledge affects and values in the area mentioned. The need for the proposal is given by the behaviour manifested by students in relationships, pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections, family planning and contraception. His contribution lies in proposing alternative activities, workshops, meetings and teens club organized by logical procedures, using the methods of sex education and teaching principles allow the objective is achieved through motivation, learning and changes in the forms of action. During the research process theoretical methods were applied as analysis and synthesis, historical and logical induction and deduction and empirical methods such as observation, survey and educational testing. The results in the reduction of school dropout due to pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections and AIDS as well as the creation of value potential liability prepare them for life.
