Study on the quality of life of Superior Education teachers in the context of the productive reorganization,taking the variables that interfere in the quality of life as the analysis axis. It objectified to analyze superior educationalteachers’ working conditions from the health area in the scope of contemporaneous economic, social and culturaltransformations. A qualitative methodology was used, presenting those professionals’ assessments on working conditions/organization as well the repercussions in their quality of life and health. The results present accounts on the suffering withtheir current situation, marked by work depreciation, fierce market competition which affect their health. The conclusionspoint out the urgent need to think over and broadly discuss this situation lived in the institutions of Superior Educationas work processes further health-illness development
