Oportunități și restricții ale dezvoltării rurale într-un areal dat. Notă de cercetare
Abstract
The measures for regional and local development are increasingly significant roles, more than the beginning with the 1990s, by the transformation processes of the system had earned more urban area than rural space. Only in the course of accession to the EU, the issue of rural area won the attention of decision-makers. Simultaneously with these adjustment processes have also occurred the porblem of global sustainable development, which are specific characteristics, at the local, community and individual level. Although the methodological speaking, addressing the issue of sustainable local development has no equivalent scientific degree of refining surveys very recent, the immediately interest to Romania is, on the one hand, the complete diagnosis of the complex dimensions of sustainable rural development, and on the other hand, the identification of the priority directions of corrective action of the economic and social disparities, existing within and between rural and urban areas. In this respect, this approach proposes, on the basis of adequate methodological justification, to identify opportunities and constraints of rural development in a rural area, consisting of four municipalities of the Argeş county, from a many criteria perspective (demography, sources of income, agricultural land use, etc.), in order to formulate the feasible alternatives for sustainable local development.
