The Supremacy of Justice and Equity in the Light of the Prophet PBUH's Philosophy

It is a historical and undeniable reality that the Prophet of Islam, Muhammad (PBUH), is the benefactor of humanity and a great savoir. He, with the establishment of the Islamic welfare of Madina, presented such philosophy and concept of impartial equity, unbiast justice and domination of equity and distinct of which the whole destiny does not has any example. His concept of justice and equities, no doubt is based on the establishment of the domination of justice and a comprehension system of it. It does not hence any discrimination on the basis of colour, race, nation, tribe, company, nationality and even religion. In an Islamic state every person, without any discrimination of religion and nationality has the right to have his life with complete freedom, respect and honour, justice and equity the exemplary society the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) had established it was based on justice and equity. His exemplary, matchless teachings brought up the importance of justice and equity, and his philosophy of justice and equity, domination of justice and the complete freedom of judiciary and impartiality, points out them as the salient features.
