Li Q, Li G, Liu C, Chen N, Deng B, Xie Y. Cancer Manag Res. 2020;12:4541–4548. The Editor and Publisher of Cancer Management and Research wish to retract the published article. Concerns were raised regarding the integrity of the published study. The authors were contacted and asked to provide original data that would verify the validity of the reported findings. The authors responded to our queries and provided some data, however much of the expected original data was unavailable and the authors were unable to adequately verify the reported findings. The Editor determined the reported study to be invalid and requested for the article to be retracted. The authors agreed with this decision. We have been informed in our decision-making by our policy on publishing ethics and integrity and the COPE guidelines on retractions. The retracted article will remain online to maintain the scholarly record, but it will be digitally watermarked on each page as “Retracted”.
