Vloga geodetske stroke in službe v postopku pridobivanja gradbenega in uporabnega dovoljenja : The Role of the Geodetic Profession and Service in the Procedure of Obtaining Building and Operating Permits

Abstract

Out of all activities related to obtaining building and operating permits, which also involve geodesists, only the procedure regarding the issue of the planning information is discussed in the article, which is the obligatory part of each project when obtaining the building permit and charging the public utilities fee, which has to be paid by the investor prior to the issue of the building permit by the relevant official body. In this regard, we wish to emphasize the lack of records and data and the impossibility of their interpolation to land parcels; in the sense of charging the public utilities fee we wish to express our concern regarding the servility of the geodetic profession to daily politics of local communities.
