CURRENT SITUATION AND PERSPECTIVES OF SMEs IN THE CONTEXT OF TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT AND ECONOMIC UNCERTAINTY
Abstract
The topicality of this article is driven by the fact that in a complex global economic environment, SMEs face unique challenges in creating value and promoting performance. In the context of SMEs, competitiveness refers to their ability to better understand and adapt to the market, to deal with other similar firms through quality and diversity of services, efficiency, modern management and, of course, an optimal tariff. Small entities are often forced to apply fixed rates to allow the companies a certainty budget, and this system is designed to provide basic services. This article provides an insight into the technological advances available to small entities in terms of customer service and how these services can be affected by economic uncertainty.
