White dense kenyaite (Na2 Si22O41(OH)8 • 6H2 O) nodules were found by enthusiasts in dumps of exploration mines of the Rechnoe cacholong occurrence in the Adamovsky district of the Orenburg region. The nodules occurred among eroded black shales and contained small aggregates of magadiite NaSi7 O13(OH)3 • H2 O. Apparently, this is the first finding of kenyaite and magadiite in Russia.
