RESERVES OF INNOVATION ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPMENT IN YAMAL-NENETS AUTONOMOUS AREA

Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the innovation environment YaNAO through objective and subjective economic indicators (of evaluation) indicators. The discrepancy between the favorable macroeconomic environment for the development of innovation and low rating of innovation activity in the region suggests underutilization of innovative environment YaNAO and underdevelopment of the innovation system of the region. On the basis of a systematic analysis of the main factors of innovation environment of the region identifi ed reserves of YaNAO innovation system in order to improve the innovation potential and the results of innovative activities in the region. Proposals for optimizing the monitoring system YaNAO innovation environment as a whole and the individual measures to strengthen its reserves .
