RISK STRATIFICATION OF SUDDEN CARDIAC DEATH IN EARLY REPOLARIZATION SYNDROME

Abstract

The article describes approaches to risk stratification of sudden cardiac death in early ventricular repolarization syndrome, as one of the variants of J-wave syndrome, on the basis of clinical, anamnestic and electrocardiographic criteria. The characteristics of "malignant" variants of electrocardiographic pattern of early ventricular repolarization as well as prevention strategies of sudden cardiac death are presented.
