Infective endarteritis (IE) is a serious and potential complication of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). It is unusual to come across a case of infective pulmonary endarteritis associated with PDA. We hereby report a case of 25-year-old female, who presented with pulmonary endarteritis, multiple pseudoaneurysm of pulmonary artery along with PDA. After an adequate medical treatment including antibiotics, she underwent surgical closure of PDA along with pulmonary arterioplasty. She had uneventful post-operative recovery and favorable short-term clinical outcomes.
