THE AGING IN HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE POST-COVID-19 CONTEXT: RECOMMENDATIONS FOR VIETNAM
Abstract
The aging in higher education in the post-COVID-19 context has created many disparities in development, particularly affecting vulnerable groups. This article analyzes the aging situation in higher education and the challenges posed by the post-pandemic era. It proposes solutions, including various policy adjustments and changes specifically related to higher education, to build a stronger workforce and society in the future. These efforts aim to address population aging and improve the quality of education. National policies need to be tailored to the specific circumstances of each country, ensuring fairness and effectiveness in the recovery process.
