The study examines the antecedents of circular economy financing and investment supply and the role of the financial environment in Ghana. It employed the survey technique to solicit the views of owners/managers of integrated waste management firms. PLS-SEM was used to analyse the data obtained. The results revealed financial readiness, and investment preparedness influence circular economy financing and investment supply. Country-level financial environment enhances the relationship between financial readiness and circular economy financing and investment supply. Moreover, the country-level financial environment enhances the relationship between investment preparedness and circular economy financing and investment supply. The study draws implications for the state of green financing and related constraints in its demand, supply, and enabling financial environment. Specifically, the results show that demand-side factors are critical antecedents. Further, the effect of these antecedents on circular economy finance and investment supply increases in its magnitude when country-level financial conditions that support green financing and circular economy are in place.
