缺血性卒中后氧化应激的失衡与卒中致残增加和不良预后相关。表观遗传调控可以通过DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰等方式影响氧化应激,进而在卒中的进展中发挥作用。本文概述表观遗传调控在卒中后氧化应激反应过程中的作用,以期为缺血性卒中的治疗提供新的思路。 Abstract: Imbalance of oxidative stress after ischemic stroke is associated with increased disability risk and poor functional outcome. Studies have shown that epigenetic regulation can influence oxidative stress through DNA methylation and histone modification, which plays a critical role in stroke progression. This article summarized the role of epigenetic regulation in the process of oxidative stress after stroke, to provide new ideas for the treatment of ischemic stroke.
