The article analyzes the perspective of education along with the necessity of a responsible acting in order to face those new challenges associated with preservation of life on our planet, in other words, this article analyzes the relationship between science, technology and society (STS) and its rising as a movement which is sponsored by many international organizations and people all over the world. Some recommendations have been made in order to impulse a truly STS education.
