Abstract
El presente artículo expone directrices para las transacciones de referencia en la Biblioteca del INTI. Se describe y justifica su generación a partir de la decisión de integrar esos procedimientos en un sistema de calidad. El objetivo es documentar prácticas consistentes que se desarrollan en el Servicio de Referencia, y establecer recomendaciones acerca de modalidades de trabajo que facilitan la interacción con los usuarios.The present article displays guidelines for reference transactions in the Library of INTI. Its creation is described and justified from the decision to include those procedures in a quality system. The aim is to document sound practices that the Reference Service develops and to set up recommendations on modalities of work that facilitate the interaction with the users.
