圖書館中文圖書採購與共同供應契約之探析 The Application of Inter-entity Supply Contract in the Chinese Book Procurement
Abstract
國內中文圖書之採購由民國92年11月起增加由中央信託局承辦之共同供應契約採購方式，推行之初引起諸多爭議。為實際瞭解圖書館之使用意見及圖書資訊業界 之看法，本文經由電話訪談方式進行調查包括國立大學圖書館、公共圖書館、參加共同供應契約廠商、非共同供應契約廠商等各界意見，歸納分析後對中央信託局、 公共工程委員會、中國圖書館學會、圖書出版業廠商、圖書採購同道分別提出建議。A new Chinese book government procurement model, Inter-entity Supply Contract, was launched in November 2003. This model is charged by Central Trust of China. The model is disputable during the first year. This study used telephone interview to gain the opinions of national universities, public libraries, contract vendors and non-contract vendors. Several suggestions are provided to Central Trust of China, Public Construction Commission, Library Association of R. O. C., publishers, vendors and acquisitions librarians.
