Perceptions of the future teachers about the organizational culture of the secondary education practical centers

The results show that the future teachers think that they should give class taking into account the diversity of students in their classroom, they should review their techniques and teaching strategies in the training process and their continuous updating. Besides, there are differences in the perception of the organizational culture of secondary education centres depending on the gender related to variables like the functions of the institution, government centres, funding, methodology, students, assessment and relations with the environment. The data are useful for go the improvement of training actions, let evaluate the slants and to adaptat to the challenges of the Secondary Education.
