Abstract

The disciplinary liability of the magistrates. Elements of the comparative law The disciplinary liability regime of the magistrates represents, undoubtedly, an fi eld in which we assist to a notable and rapid evolution in all legal systems. Lately in the legislation of EU member-states intervened legislative modifi cations designed, on the one hand to increase the citizen’s trust in the judicial act, and on the another hand to ensure the transparency of proceedings conducted in this matter. Below we will present the manner in which is reglemented the disciplinary liability of magistrates in some legislation of EU states.
