FINANCIAL REPORTS FROM THE BANKRUPT COMPANY

Abstract

The paper deals with the problem of insolvency. There are two possible solutions to this problem: restructuring and bankruptcy. Since it is involuntary procedure, not voluntary, the application of both options is possible; other conditions and limitations of the application of restructuring procedure are also highlighted. At the same time legal solutions in some comparative jurisdictions are analyzed. Based on relevant literature and practice, that is, past experiences, and critical analyses, adequate solutions are offered.
