M.F. Popov (1854—1919) — a founder of forensic medicine chair in Tomsk city (to the 150^th anniversary of birth)

Abstract

In the article there is presented a biography and scientific interests of the outstanding scientist, a founder of forensic medicine chair, a professor of the Tomsk Emperor’s University M.F. Popov. Materials containing the process of formation of forensic medicine chair of the oldest Siberian institute of higher education are presented.
