This article focuses on the influence of the “Bologna Process” in the training systems of educators and primary teachers, signing it, one hand, in a technocratic narrative of professional teaching of europeanist matrix, particularly interested in limit and define teaching skills while hegemonic collectives regularities. On the other hand, we discussed the meaning and boundaries of that professionality, consolidated by definition and execution processes (manufacturing) of the professional identity of teachers associated with the logic of compliance in front of the economic and social standard of development established, corresponding to an “oversight” and an ideological and functionalist restriction of borders of their professionality.
