In order to study the impact of the permeable surrounding rock in the underground filling area on the performance of the super-high water material filling body, the use of super-high water material (water-cement ratio 6∶1) and creep test device which can simulate different surrounding rock environments were used to carry out the test. The test uses a graded loading method to impose loads on the super-high water material. Two different surrounding rock environments, completely impermeable and permeable, were designed to analyze the effects of different loads and permeable environments on the performance of super-high water materials. The results show that a certain amount of free water will separate out of the super-high water material consolidated body after being compressed, and the deformation of the super-high water material consolidated body will continue to increase with the increase of the water permeability of the surrounding rock under the condition of graded loading; under completely airtight conditions, the separated free water will form a certain water pressure in the closed cylinder, and the water pressure will react against the free water inside the consolidation body, causing the free water to not be further precipitated, forming a solid-liquid stress equilibrium state, so the creep is extremely small; it has good incompressibility.
