THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT IN THE 1920-S (BY WAY OF EXAMPLE OF STAVROPOL REGION)

Abstract

The author examines unknown aspects of Stavropol region history in 1920-s. The events which led to establishment of Soviet power in the region are analyzed. The author comes up with a new interpretation of the role which the communist party played during given period.
