The research analyzes the organizational culture at the University of Santander, Cúcuta headquarters. The study is descriptive, exploratory and correlational nature. The descriptive analysis comprises characterizing aspects of the culture of the organization, from the data obtained in the application of the instrument. Exploratory correlational analysis was performed based on the factorial statistical analysis, regression and roads. Answers questions How do you perceive the University of Santander? What do you expect your professors? Do you think it has been positioned in the region?
