Installation Art is considered one of the important contemporary arts through which the artist succeeded in reaching new expressive methods of social, political and humanitarian issues. The Arab world celebrated it in recent years, where most of the artistic production became of this type, and artists competed to invent their own expressive methods and techniques. addressing this type of spatial arts in relation to the field of interior design, builds up strong research ties in consideration to indoor spaces and spatial design. It is known that the interior designer is always required to race technological and industrial developments, but is rarely demanded to return to feelings and emotions. Therefore, studying the relationship between interior design and installation Art would create new opportunities to think about the emotional side to allow interior designers to build and reconnect with an integrated system that combines both scientific and emotional disciplines, to translate it spatially according to a unique perspective. This study deals with the relationship between interior design and installation Art at various levels of cognitive processes and objectives of both disciplines, and the way artists deal with space, as well as the stages of thinking, implementation and aesthetic perspectives, and discussing the impact of each of the two fields on the perception of the viewer and user of space. Using an analytical approach, ten Artworks were analyzed in terms of the elements and foundations of building the work itself in spaces, which are the conceptual and the visual elements. In addition, shedding light on the points of convergence, the most prominent of which is (the space), forming an integrated structural system that enables designers to employ their creativity in arousing the senses and emotions in three-dimensional spaces that can interact with users.
