The productivity of teacher evaluation is an essential category in the institutional work of any university or higher technological institute. It should be assessed from the point of view social and economic the attitudes of teachers toward work and performance may be improved through the participation of teachers in the organization and projection of goals, in the practice of processes and productivity benefits of professional teaching. It is an issue that concerns to managers, the group of teachers and students directly involved in this very special productivity. Hence it, the principal indicator of improving the productivity and therefore educational evaluation, it is the ratio of the results that are obtained with the objectives achieved and the constant or quality improved.
