The contribution of empowerment in raising the creative abilities of individuals

Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the empowerment and its role in the development of creative abilities of individuals within the Cement company in the state of Saida , in order to achieve the objectives of the study we used descriptive analytical, the questionnaire has been used as a tool to study consisted of two parts, the first part of the measure Dimensions of empowerment at work from their point of view, and the second part to measure indicators of creativity for deli workers from their perspective, the study of all of the cement frames 30 person.
