Abstract

At financial crisis small-scale business experiences the specific difficulties connected with reduction in demand and a lack of financialpossibilities of subjects of small business in conditions. In this case the special role of a regulator of the market in a field of activity of small enterprises belongs to the government on places. In the Chelyabinsk area positive experience of the government on support ofsmall-scale business of the region has been saved up.
