Review of Cities in global capitalism

Abstract

The Italian geographer, of Neapolitan descent, Ugo Rossi has published a monograph on Cities in Global Capitalism in the Polity Press editorial. After brilliant research work, with numerous articles in prestigious scientific journals and teaching in different European universities, carrying out his main work in that of Turin, and the United States, Rossi has written a theoretical masterpiece about Urban Geography. In fact, the first striking point is the exclusive theoretical nature of the book, seeing as there is not even one figure or table in it let alone a map.
