Peculiarities of interaction of the CuIn<sub>5</sub>S<sub>8</sub>-FeIn<sub>2</sub>S<sub>4</sub> system with microwave electromagnetic radiation
Abstract
The frequency dependences of attenuation and reflection coefficient for solid solutions of the (FeIn2S4)1-х ×(CuIn5S8)х system upon interaction with microwave radiation are obtained. It is established that the addition of carbon black to the powder composition based on the CuIn5S8 and FeIn2S4 crystals and solid solutions (FeIn2S4)1-х ×(CuIn5S8)х leads to an increase in the attenuation of electromagnetic radiation by approximately two times in the range 8...12 GHz.
