Titanium alloys have excellent corrosion resistance in marine environments. However, a large number of different types of metal materials have also been used in marine engineering and equipment, such as steel, copper alloys and aluminum alloys. When these metals were electrically connected to titanium alloys to form galvanic pairs, and then galvanic corrosion would occur and accelerate corrosion damage. In this paper, the research status of galvanic corrosion of titanium alloys / other metals in marine environment was reviewed systematically, and the existing problems were analyzed, in addition, the solutions and suggestions were put forward. Finally, the research and development directions of this field were prospected.
