Moxa stick moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint pressure in the treatment of insomnia in a patient with syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency after lung cancer surgery (艾条灸联合耳穴贴压治疗1例肺癌术后脾肾亏虚患者失眠的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing practice of moxa stick moxibustion combined with auricular acupressure in treating insomnia in a patient with syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency after lung cancer surgery. Key issues of nursing included routine nursing care as well as the operation methods and precautions of moxa stick moxibustion and auricular acupressure. Based on the acupoints selection by syndrome differentiation and scientific nursing assessment, individualized nursing interventions were carried out to relieve the patient's long-term insomnia symptoms. (本文总结艾条灸联合耳穴贴压治疗1例肺癌手术后辨证为脾肾亏虚证患者失眠的护理经验, 包括常规护理、艾条灸和耳穴贴压的操作方法和注意事项等。通过辨证取穴和科学的评估, 针对患者的失眠症状进行个体化护理干预, 能够有效改善患者长期失眠症状。)
