This paper summarized the pulmonary rehabilitation nursing management for a stroke patient after tracheotomy. Key issues of perioperative nursing included: Establishment of a multidisciplinary team and constructing a dynamic model of assessment-intervention-reassessment to achieve the dynamic monitoring of pulmonary functions; Continuous airway management with dynamic adjustment of airway clearance therapy; Implementation of stepped pulmonary rehabilitation to improve lung function; integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment and nutrition support; Swallowing function training to prevent the apparent and potential risk of aspiration, thereby improving the quality of life during the treatment. (本文总结1例脑卒中气管切开术后患者肺康复护理经验。科室成立肺康复多学科协作团队, 通过构建"评估-干预-再评估"动态循环模式, 实施呼吸功能动态评估与精准干预; 持续气道管理, 动态调整气道廓清方案; 实施阶梯式肺康复训练, 改善肺功能; 中医联合疗法干预顽固性呃逆, 改善患者的营养状况; 实施吞咽功能训练, 减少或预防显性或隐形误吸, 提高患者生活质量。)
