This article seeks to stimulate debate around a process that sometimes manifests in the area of Porto de Galinhas / Pernambuco - Brazil, with traces of replacement by other tourism related activities Industrial Port SUAPE. This article is not attempting to provide answers or say that this is a dead end, but seeks to highlight the dialectic spatial strategies in the face of hegemonic actors related to the global economy. This is a prospective study, based on existing literature, but through field research seeks to offer a new contribution to the understanding of these movements of capital in the ownership and use of territories, showing the change sociespacial and his legacy to the local landscape.
