Nursing of a diabetic patient with constipation treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment rubbing therapy combined with acupoint application (中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷治疗1例糖尿病患者便秘的护理体会)

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of treating constipation in a diabetic patient with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ointment rubbing therapy and acupoint application. A scientific nursing plan was established based on the syndrome differentiation and comprehensive nursing assessment. According to the TCM theory, the ointment rubbing therapy and acupoint application was carried out to relieve the symptoms of constipation. Comprehensive nursing interventions such as defecation behavior training, dietary care, exercise, medication guidance were provided to improve recovery of the patient. (本文总结1例中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病患者便秘的护理体会, 通过科学的护理评估和辨证分型, 确定患者护理方案, 基于中医基础理论, 采用中药膏摩和穴位贴敷缓解便秘, 同时配合排便指导、饮食调护、运动锻炼、用药指导等护理干预, 进一步改善临床症状, 促进患者康复。)
