In this paper is sought the answer to the self-reflexive question which pose to themselves individually and collectively sociologists, as typical ideological representatives of highly educated petite bourgeoisie, in the conditions of systemic crisis of hyper-accumulation of capital in the world proportions: is it my/our job to contribute to normalization and legitimization of the (neo)colonial capitalism restauration completion in former countries of really existing socialism of the Second world, people’s democracies of the Third World and peripherialised welfare states of the First world, or is it my/our job to critically reflect so far insufficiently successful attempts at abolition of capitalist relations of wage slaves’ exploitation and permanent wars of occupation and destruction of life sustaining milieu for private profit, with the aim to find and apply more successful forms of collective self-governing control over social productive forces of humanity and of the exchange of meter with nature as our own un-organic body?.
