Legal grounds of fairness lifelong education. Some aspects of the new law “On Education”

Abstract

Lifelong education is considered as one of the basic human rights. The recently approved by the State Parliament the new “Law on Education” opens the new space for legitimate learning activity of adults – from recurrent education and vocational training to social actions learning.
