Objectives the purpose of this article will be to try to answer the question of how robotization processes optimize public administration on selected examples? Material and methods Synthesis, analysis, descriptive method Results The above-mentioned challenges faced by public administration even force it to implement newer and newer technologies. We must remember that RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is not only robots that roam the corridors and office rooms and do the work for people. RPA primarily allows you to automate computer processes that used to be performed by employees. One of the experts on the subject points out that thanks to this technology, it is possible to provide the public administration with digital officials who are ready to operate in existing systems, without the need to modify them or create interfaces. Conclusions To sum up, the administration provides citizens with more and more e-services: many matters can be dealt with via the Internet, without going to the office. You can pay taxes or start a business in this way, apply for an ID card. You can also deal with local matters, thanks to e-services provided by local governments. Analyzing the materials for the article "Robotization of processes in public administration", I can say with full conviction that all this encouraged me, but also many others to take advantage of e-government services available on the Internet, as well as confirmed the thesis that robotization processes in public administration contribute to for its modernization and increase the efficiency and quality of services provided.
