This paper researched the effect of raw Kunitz free trypsin inhibitor soybean sort "Lana" to the production characteristics of broilers (Ross 308), compared to raw soybeans with a standard level of trypsin inhibitors. The production results indicate that daily weight gain, feed conversion and final weight was better in broilers fed raw soybean grain without the Kunitz trypsin inhibitor (SL) compared with the performance of broilers fed raw soybean grains with a standard level of trypsin inhibitors (SS). The reason for poor results in the SS group is in the presence of trypsin inhibitors which in SL group fed soybean varieties without KTI "Lana" is not present as the reason for better performance results broilers.
