A study on nursing talent cultivating mechanism in private institutions for the aged care (民营养老机构护理人才培养机制研究)

Abstract

Based on the aging problem in China, with a series of problems of the elderly, disability, empty nest problem, which brings a rapid growth of pension service demand to the society. This paper takes the different needs of the elderly and nursing talents as the entry point, and provides reference for strengthening nursing talent training and promoting perfect pension service supply, service assessment, policy support, industry regulation "Five-sphere Integration" social endowment service system. (随着老龄化趋势加重, 老年人的高龄、失能、空巢问题的日益严重, 养老服务面临严峻挑战。本研究以老年群体以及护理人才的不同需求作为切入点, 对现有的民营养老机构的护理人才培养情况进行综述并提出相关对策, 旨在为推进和完善养老服务供给、服务保估、政策支撑、行业监管“五位一体”的社会养老服务体系提供参考。)
