The operation and maintenance process of urban rail transit train control system is confronted with large amount of operation and maintenance data and unintuitive analysis issues. To turn mixed information in train control system operation and maintenance into quantifiable indicators, this paper presents an operation and maintenance analysis method of train control system based on information entropy. Through the objective and quantitative information entropy, big data analysis and measurement of the operation and maintenance of the train control system is realized, so as to obtain the characteristics and order of the big data in the system operation and maintenance. By selecting the main fault events in the on-board ATP and the ZC in the operation and maintenance data of the train control simulation system, based on a large number of operation and maintenance data during the normal operation period of the system, the information entropy and conditional entropy histogram measurement method and probability statistics method are used to quantitatively calculate, compare and analyze the operation and maintenance data of the two systems, and obtain the corresponding information entropy and conditional entropy histogram measurement. The results show that the method realizes quantitative analysis of the operation and maintenance data of on-board ATP and ZC of the train control system, obtains intuitive and quantitative big data operation and maintenance indicators and can provide objective basis and direction reference for system optimization.
