ESPORTE AQUÁTICO: uma visão de lazer e sustentabilidade para o complexo poliesportivo da Ponta Negra

Abstract

The sport Complex of the PontaNegra meets in the city of Manaus/Am, in front of its more beautifulriver, the Black, was scene of greatvisitation of the population manauaraused as balneal and today it isdistinguished for the practical one ofsports, for possessing great enterprisesof luxury. The lack of the sportactivity in the water and the degradationof the excessively balneal publicof Manaus made the objective of thiswork in showing the possibility to insertnew sport modalities amateur inthe space of the health-resort of thePonta Negra, using the nature andthe sport as partner of the support.It was used description-qualitative research as method of research, 200forms of interviews, in the monthof july/2005. Concluding that thepopulation revealed favorable to theactivities proposals making here therescue of the relation man-nature.
