Non fractioned heparina in acute coronary syndrome management
Abstract
Thrombi are a normal process in the presence of a noxa that alters the vascular integrity. Nevertheless in some pathologic processes these phenomena can occurred spontaneously or are exaggerated with regard to the vascular damage, who can lead to different clinical pictures. In these cases anticoagulation plays a fundamental role. Heparin was the first medication used for this purpose and has resisted the passage of time, in nowadays continues to be used in many clinical contexts, has different guides and consensus demonstrated.
