Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine as the Scientific and Information Center of the Organization of Knowledge Management
Abstract
The functioning of Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine as a scientific information center of knowledge management is substantiated. The directions of the library’s participation in knowledge management are outlined and characterized. Approaches to the establishment and complex use by the library of network communications of information and telecommunication and socio-psychological nature in the formation of an environment conducive to the generation and use of new knowledge, their subsequent transmission from generation to generation are revealed.
