Mulher, direito e saúde: repensando o nexo coesivo Women, rights and health

Abstract

Esse artigo é construído a partir de três elementos básicos: mulher, direito e saúde, articulados entre si a partir de: 1) considerações acerca das condições objetivas de constituição das mulheres enquanto sujeitos sociais na sociedade contemporânea; 2) direitos das mulheres como direitos humanos e 3) direito das mulheres à saúde no contexto da implementação do PAISM (Programa de Atenção Integral à Saúde da Mulher), como focalização do SUS (Sistema Único de Saúde).That article is built from three basic elements: women, rights and health, articulated to each other starting from: 1) considerations concerning the objective conditions of the women's constitution as social subjects in contemporary society; 2) women's rights as human rights and 3) women's rights to health in the context of PAISM (Program of Integral Attention to the Woman's Health), as part of SUS (Unified System of Health).
