Pengaruh tingkat protein dan energi pakan terhadap kualitas kulit untuk atasan sepatu dari kelinci rex jantan
Abstract
This research intends to know the effect of fodder protein and energy level on the physical test (i.e. the elasticity, tensile strength and tear strength) of Rex rabbit leather, the raw material of shoe upper. The materials for research are 27 skin of dried 12-to-13-month-old male Rex rabbit. The complete random research design is used here with the factor pattern 3 X 3 = 9 kinds of combination of treatment factors,i.e. the factors or three levels of protein :15% n(P1), 17% (P2), and 19% (P3); the factors of three levels of digestible energy (D) : 2,000 kcal/kg (D1), 2,250 kcal.kg (D2), and 2,500 kcal/kg; and three skins of dried rabbit leathers in each treatment as replication. The parameter of the physical test will be determined with the covariance analysis, with the thickness of the leathers as a coverable. When the F analysis gives the result that are perceptibly different, it is followed by the “Least Significant Difference (LSD) analysis. The results of the research are that protein and ‘digestible energy’ have an imperceptibly different effect (P > 0.005) on the elasticity, tensile strength, and tear-trength of the charm tanned and than the thickness of the effect (P > 0.05) on the thickness of the leathers and a linear regression relation, but it does not it the physical-testing.
